Nice familiar atmosphere of Kelsey's whichever city/town you happen to be in. Really enjoyed the pint of Rickards Red with my food since that day had high humidex in the high 30s.

I went out for dinner tonight with my children as a little treat. We had phenomenal service from our waiter Michael. He was so bubbly and energetic and my kids just adored him!He made sure to check on us constantly and ensured that we had everything needed to have an amazing meal.I couldn't have asked for better service, we will definitely be returning soon!

Dear Kelseys,Let me write my honest review.First of all thanks a lot to make our dinner time soooo good with the good food and environment.We ordered so many foods including wraps, chicken wings, salad etc etc. Trust me every single food items was soooo delicious. Overall food rating 9.5/10Thanks for making our time memorable. Will visit next time.

We went excited to eat some good food and waited about 20 minutes to even get some water. I was really not pleased with the customer service and had to walk in twice to remind them that we're around and we still didn't have a waiter. On the second try I spoke to this really nice waitress who offered to become our waitress in the end. The food wait was long but really good portions...maybe because it was wings Thursday. The first few minutes left a sour taste in my mouth so that's a bit hard to forget hence the 3 stars. The chicken could do with a little extra seasoning because it was bland. Not sure if I'll go back except maybe for that lovely waitress.

We’ve had Michael as our server twice now. He makes the experience so much better there. Very knowledgeable on menu…. And was very helpful as my boyfriend has a severe allergy. We haven’t had the best with some of the other staff. Will be back and ask to be in his section again!
