Restaurant and bar literally a... read more Even with all the photos online, what a pleasant surprise and experience. The rooms are relatively inexpensive but are very nice. Restaurant and bar literally a few steps away as is coffee. A great porch overlooking the street and the river. My hostwas wonderful and I only wished I could have stayed a few more nights.

This place was an absolute gem. Found it based on location... An easy halfway point on our drive home from vacation, and now we're talking about taking a vacation just to come back and spend more time there. Beautifully updated room. Comfiest bedever. Owner, Beth, was super accommodating, nice and helpful. And the bar and food were our dream! If it was even within an houror so of home, it would already be our new regular spot. Loved it so much! Can't wait to return!

We appreciated the historical charm and ambiance of this historic inn, located right across from Draper P... read more Our stay at the 1867 Parkview Inn was truly wonderful. We appreciated the historical charm and ambiance of this historic inn, located right across from Draper Park and the Susquehanna River. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and welcoming. While the rooms may be a bit on the small side, ours was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable, and we loved having easy access to the lovely balcony. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Dugan House restaurant, which is conveniently located in the same building. The meal was delicious, and we had a great time chatting at the bar, where our bartender was both warm and amusing. Owego is a very walkable small town, and the 1867 Parkview Inn is perfectly positioned to make the most of that. Overall, it's a delightful place to stay.
