My boyfriend, his mom, and I decided to have lunch at this restaurant because it was convenient for him to join us during his break. I ordered a roast beef sand... read more My boyfriend, his mom, and I decided to have lunch at this restaurant because it was convenient for him to join us during his break. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with fries for him, but when he unwrapped it, it was so wet and saturated that it was dripping onto the tray. Unfortunately, he was only able to eat about a quarter of it before having to get back to work without the time to ask for a replacement. His mom and I opted for burgers, which were good; I usually stick to the mushroom and Swiss and have never been disappointed with it. However, when I grabbed the ketchup, I noticed it was very runny and lacked any consistency. When I dipped my fries into it, the ketchup just dripped off as if it had been watered down. As we were eating, the manager was speaking loudly, swearing, and sitting on a crate, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. On the bright side, the restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. It might be nice to have some music playing to help mask the noise from the kitchen.

Having worked in food service myself, I understand how exhausting it can be... read more I visited the drive-thru around 8:30 PM and was greeted by a very polite gentleman. Having worked in food service myself, I understand how exhausting it can be as the night goes on. However, the staff here remained courteous and got my order out quickly. The food was delicious and fresh. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!
