Walked in to find 3 lovely ladies working hard to get 40 sandwiches ready for a party! They stayed cheerful and were taking care of customers who walked in as well. Looked like a stressful situation, and they said 2 ppl did not come in when I asked why so few helpers, but they didn't complain and did a great job! Food is delicious. Only thing I'd like to change is to bring back creamy Italian dressing! Kudos to a great staff!
There is a new woman working here, and she is very friendly. She ensures that you leave satisfied with your order.
I visited the restaurant for the last two days only to find that they close early. It’s only 6:30 PM, but the staff seems to hide in the back as soon as they see someone walk in.
I requested a refund for an online order because they made a mistake and failed to inform me that they were out of an item. Instead of helping me, they told me it was my problem to resolve and didn't have any suggestions. They also couldn't even cancel the order.
They were rude and made my sandwich sloppy and found a hair in meatball sub ?
