The food was so good, had an everything bagel breakfast sandwhich which was sooo good along with a cinnamon roll which was also delicious. Me and my partner ordered a cold brew and matcha, they were ok, a little lacking in flavor but not too bad. Customer service was amazing, everyone was super nice. Inside is so nice and great coffee shop vibes. View all feedback.
What alexander rivas doesn't like about Parisi Overland Park:
Beautiful space with atrociously burnt coffee. Burnt taste coming from leftover coffee in machines not kept clean. Really, it's just lack of training for the kids running the place. View all feedback.

Delicious food with allergy friendly options— I got the chai latte with oat milk and gluten free pumpkin spice loaf. It was delicious, the interior design is absolutely stunning, there’s just not a lot of open seating on the weekends so it might be a little hard to converse! I enjoyed the outdoor area though and interacting with the passerby.
This location has been such a mixed bag, and unfortunately more negative than positive. My first visit was excellent, the ladies behind the bar were friendly and two of them that I recall, were very conscientious about their steaming and pouring. They both were excited to make a flat white at my request and did so admirably. Fast forward three visits later, each barista during my visits seemed less than enthusiastic about being there it seemed. Neither of them knew how to make a flat white, so I opted for a cortado. Each time, the cortado was two things, warm, and poured without any discernible technique to provide the proper layering and foam. Found this to be a shame as the location has really nice aesthetics and is comfortable. This shop falls well into the category of decent, being a good option if you are looking for something sugary or iced, but nothing that requires the barista to properly craft an espresso based drink.
A Great Addition to Downtown Overland Park. The Coffee and cinnamon rolls are very good and it's a nice place to sit and enjoy conversation.
Let me preface with i literally never write reviews: Okay this place is for real a treat. Most lovely people working there you can even imagine! I had an indigo herbal tea that was incredible and their simple energy/power balls. Everything looks delicious. Very pristine vibes but not in a pretentious way. I loved it
