Stopped by for Lunch and got the Original Chicken Sandwich Combo. I didn't get the lettuce or tomato. The sandwich was delicious, hot, and juicy. The fries were crispy and hot. I got Honey Mustard to go with it, I could definitely taste the honey. The Staff were fantastic and kind and the food didn’t take long to wait.Would definitely recommend.Restrooms are close by in the food court and looked good for the traffic t... What Ayman Qasrawi doesn't like about Chicken Now:
Terrible! We came from out of town, spent the night and came to the mall before we left. I ordered the chicken tender meal and the chicken was soooooooooo over cooked, it was like trying to chew a rock. The only good thing was the fries. I would have taken it back, but there was NO WHERE to sit so I took it to my car to eat (which that alone is ridiculous they need to figure this out) my fiance took a bite and ended... Not only did I wait over 10 minutes for a plain chicken salad. I said I wanted grilled chicken on a house salad. No cheese. No dressings. Just plain chicken on a plain salad. Not only did they melt the cheese on it. They drenched it in salad dressing. I spent $10 on a salad I couldn't eat. Thanks
Not like I remembered. Fries were different and the wraps were definitely lacking. Won't be back.
Trust me, you'd be better off getting Chipotle across the way. The prices are high, the quality is low, and the wait is long. The only thing good is the fries, and even those weren't special.
I remember when chicken now just opened inside Oak Park Mall. The food has remained with great consistency! Although the fries aren 't battered anymore, they are still crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. The chicken is still PIPIN ' hot, even if you don 't eat it right away. You can tell it 's breaded and cooked after ordered! The toast is buttery and crispy on one side, as most toast is now days. The only thing I really have complain about that kept me from giving a 5 star review is that the lemonade is a $1.50 extra. It has a sign that says it 's fresh but I know a powder lemonade when I taste it. It also tastes like the powder has expired? Also, sure if it 's just been a long time or if their prices actually went up. The food is definitely great, but a 3 piece combo with an upgrade to a lemonade was a little over $17.00. Since I don 't eat in the mall or fried food often I 'm okay with this as long as the workers are being paid well for their service because there 's no space to tip when paying with a card.
I understand the high price. Since the food is so bad they’ll never capture repeat business they have to charge so much. Seriously, it’s a sandwich how did we mess up a sandwich?
