What Blaise Moore doesn't like about Bawarchi Biryanis Kansas City:
Very dishonest. On 12/31/2021 we ordered 2 Mutton Mandakini on take out but only received 1. We called the restaurant and asked for a refund. They asked us to come back to pick up which is not feasible. They promised a refund the same day which they did not. We called again on 1/5/2022. Spent over half hour with them. sat with a group of friends yesterday. the customer service was great. they were very friendly and managed our group orders very well. all the dishes were excellent, we ordered both veg and non veg dishes.) the pulav was mouthwater. naan was made fresh. kudos to the chef, we want to go as a group every month.
