Bawarchi Biryanis Kansas City

Yesterday with my friends to eat. everything we ordered was super tasty and everyone enjoyed it. great customer service and great ambiente. the waiting period was less than 15 minutes for each order. best Indian food in the city.

Sat with a group of friends yesterday. the customer service was great. they were very friendly and managed our group orders very well. all the dishes were excellent, we ordered both veg and non veg dishes.) the pulav was mouthwater. naan was made fresh. kudos to the chef, we want to go as a group every month.

This is by far our favorite Indian restaurant in OP. Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan our a must have. Today I tried the Tandoori Chicken. It was tender and delicious with the perfect amount of heat. Service is quick and the food is always delicious.

Stability matters!!! I personally believe bawarchi lacks stability. I have been to this place for more than 4 times in the same week and if you ask me to rate my experiences they vary from 1/5 to 5/5. Wish you keep things consistent and however just by replacing your front desk staff with humble ones fetches you far better reviews.

Very dishonest. On 12/31/2021 we ordered 2 Mutton Mandakini on take out but only received 1. We called the restaurant and asked for a refund. They asked us to come back to pick up which is not feasible. They promised a refund the same day which they did not. We called again on 1/5/2022. Spent over half hour with them. At the end they made a partial refund without the sales tax.
