I wanted to try this place because last time we had a terrible experience in the bookworm cafe. I would repeat the comments from ryecatcher and stevie: the staff was excellent: friendly, attentive and knowledgeable; the food was good and decent; but I would recommend sitting outside. ocarina music is all good and good, but with only three songs on the loop becomes something repetitiw. I have discussed whether to go with 3 or 4 stars (this is a 3.5 for me.) I visited during Easter holidays when many people were on lamma island. the only option that lee ocarina had was a elaborate lunch menu that cost at hkd 178 (without service). while hkd 178 for lamma is a little expensive, it is probably good in considering the amount of food. I asked if they offered an a la carte option where I could only choose one pornstar, but they said they could only provide the set. it would be great if they could be more flexible with their offered. the food itself tasted good and contained various elements: oyster mushrooms (produced to look like scallops) red beet soup (vegan option) mock meat satay skewers burritos with veg and portobello mushrooms with salat (selecting at least 4 option) drink to hkd44 (I have chosen a heel milk latte) good understanding of veganism (d. everyone got his food at a time. I was in a group of 5 and a girl was still getting her risotto when we all were our main thing. they must also be patient.
This vegetarian cafe offers a truly heartfelt menu, all made from scratch! The salads taste incredibly fresh, with edible flowers grown by the female owners themselves. Enjoy a mindful dining experience at this cafe, enhanced by soothing background music curated by the owner. Be sure to visit them on Lamma Island. The owner is also a talented musician. The lunch prices are reasonable and the experience comes highly recommended. I feel a sense of peace here, away from the stresses of the city. It's an experience worth trying.

A caffe that offers a lot of dressing, including a fixed meal of the day (good value vegan dishes are very limited, but most meals can be prepared by leaving the milk and so on only ask. the staff is very capable and friendly. once I asked about eating something vegan, my care was immediately understood and advised on a scientific wise. my first cure for example was a mushroom soup with soy milk, which would have been made in the regular with cream. eating was very good, nicely prepared, delicious, I was impressed! my mandelmilch latte was quite large and also tasted super. there are many Ocarina flutes on the display that are also for sale. no wlan. now the disadvantages: when I entered, I received a leaf paper, in which I was informed that no louder nerve was allowed inside. to make it even more strange: not only was I alone, I was also the only guest in the caffe (the sohn the waitress sat around also somewhere). Apparently, the only thing that was allowed was to sit quietly on her place and listen to the Okarina music that she annoyed her with incessantly. in addition, they exaggerate it with the air conditioning system. I'd go back, but only as long as I can sit outside.
My eating partner stumbled on this place when bumbling around. At the time it wasn't listed on happycow. The 2 places nearby that were both listed were both packed. This is a fairly new place and is slightly off the main drag and had the benefit for the 2 of us of having some seating available. Inside there was music being played by someone with a guitar (I think the owner) but we went for the seating outside in the nice weather. The waiter was very welcoming and helpful and clearly spoke at least some English (so often such a useful bonus). I was with a native speaker though who popped the question on what was vegan. In an instant there was another member of staff (I think from the kitchen also helping). They were more than happy to accommodate us and most of the dishes on the menu could be made vegan friendly. I plumped for the burger and chips. Good staple eating. My fellow eater went for a spaghetti dish. I tried some of that and the pasta was cooked perfectly, exactly to the right texture. Throw in a drink, 10% service charge and a small tip and it was 200 bucks honky.
