This a michelin restaurant but not at the prices you would find in big cities. A michelin star is a michelin star which means you will get great service and food and thats what i got here. I guess I should mention I went here on the weekend I proposed to my SO. Great way to impress your SO.

Inventive, intense innovative cuisine in a sobre, comfortable ambiance. When you are tortured by too high wine prices in chic restaurants in France, Germany and elsewhere here you have a unique wine menu (all the wines come from Galician appelations) with prices between 15 to 25 euros. And a spontaneous glass of good wine in between for 3. euros !! Apropos wine : the sommelier is a real professional..and still nice and human. By the way, the whole crew is busy in the open kitchen, we counted 9 persons all in. Don't miss this fabulous experience! Have a soak in the thermal waters before,for example in As Burgas (ten minutes walk to the NOVA restaurant), for free. Again : big compliments to this restaurant and its philosophie!

The flav... read more We had an amazing lunch at Nova. The service was impeccable and the food was delightful. Each dish (awe did the tasting menu) was better than the last. The flavors were incredible and the presentation was so skillful. We came away wondering how anything could top the overall experience! We weren’t sure what to expect but we found ourselves savoring every moment!
