We got the Algarvia almonds, raisins, bananas yes, bananas! . Kind of a desert pizza, but not really. Quite good! We also got...the spinach tortilloni with cream sauce. Yes, it was bland. That is until...Until we added some of the excellent olive oil infused with herbs that we put on the table with a pepper mill when the food was served no salt . That olive oil made the dish. The small bottle of Barto red helped things, too. It was excellent and a bargain €4.50]. Service was fine. This is a restaurant with two faces. The snack bar side seems ordinary. You have to find your way into the left side which has decor, table cloths, and a much nicer vibe. Lastly, my title isn’t a description: it’s a direction if you want to enjoy your meal. If you embrace what is being offered a slice of local culture then you will enjoy yourselves. If we hadn’t gone with an unusual pizza, then drizzled that oil on the pasta, our evening would have been far less enjoyable, and this review would have fewer stars.
