I only real... read more I mistakenly, I repeat, my mistake, ordered pizza from this restaurant because I mixed it up with a similar restaurant of the same name close to me. I only realised when it was too late to cancel so we chalked it down to money down the drain as it was my mistake. But we got an unsolicited phone call from the restaurant where we explained the situation and we accepted that it is our fault. The weird thing is what happened after. The restaurant manager/owner came on the phone and kept repeating... you will not get the refund, you made the mistake!! First of all...chill. Secondly...we never asked for a refund. Thirdly..with this attitude, these are the last 20euros you will ever see from us
