Every time we visit, they’re either out of chicken for sandwiches or out of biscuits by 7 PM, even though they don’t close for another two hours. We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no cars ahead, only to hear them laughing and saying they were out of chicken. Get it together or shut down. We left without ordering, and this isn’t the first time.

When I asked an employ... read more We stopped by our favorite KFC, which is usually great, but yesterday the chicken tasted like it had been reheated from the night before. When I asked an employee, they insisted it was freshly cooked, but it was terrible and gave me awful heartburn. The menu was disappointing, and I probably won’t be returning.
