We went on a date night, and the restaurant ended up having a gas leak and the staff working on February 1st between 5pm and 8pm did an absolute amazing job getting customers out of the building and then they told us that the company is taking care of the bills and not to worry about anything, also the people that took cups out with them, the staff game them to them. i think that staff working that day all needs a ra... What Merl Rau doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Most of the food was decent (except the wings with a hair on them). Our waitress was not kind, I have no idea what her name was. It took quite awhile to get our drinks from the bar, but they were good. View all feedback.
The food and drinks were excellent. Our waitress and her trainee were prompt and attentive without being intrusive, which is a nice change since many places have servers who are either completely absent or overly attentive. Overall, it was one of the best experiences my wife and I have had so far. We will definitely return in the future.
We arrived at 6:30 and were seated immediately. Our server was fantastic, although I can't recall her name, she was very attentive. The margaritas were outstanding! The tortilla chicken soup had a nice kick to it, though I wish I had asked for sour cream to balance the spice. Overall, the food was amazing! We will definitely be coming back!
It was decent, but for the price you pay for a steak, you’d expect it to have less fat. However, the waitress was fantastic! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on her face!
I went in yesterday and had a great experience. My server was Riley and she was super friendly! My food came out hot and fresh. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Great job Ottumwa team!
Food was wonderful but they were short staffed so it took awhile to get food and because we had a gift card it took a while but still would recommend
