Dining here is an incredible experience! Her peach margarita was simply perfect! Our server, Giovanny, was very friendly and extremely attentive. My partner and I shared nachos and fajitas, and everything was spot on! My only complaint is that we were seated at a table near the kitchen/bar area, which was quite loud and bustling. What rach b doesn't like about Tequila Grill:
Nice atmosphere and loud ish music. Their chips and salsa are good. I had the Filete A La Plancha, which was A grilled tilapia filet served with rice, beans, flour tortillas and guacamole salad. I definitely do not recommend the fish at all. It is soft which I like but tasted and smelled not that great. The service was fast and the waiter was great. Great food, with better taste. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. One of the best Mexican food places in town. Don't let the outside fool you ...go in, relax and enjoy the interior. Had the molcajete, It was very good.
Best Mexican food restaurant in the immediate Ottumwa area. HONESTLY every meal is delicious
Absolutely fantastic hidden gem of a restaurant. Was just passing through from Des Moines to St Louis and stopped in for dinner. Could not have been happier with the food and attentive service. Texas fajitas were delicious and the portions were massive.

Good food fast service pretty good at getting pur takeout orders correct, have had a couple times where I ordered something and I don't think it was right but that would probably depend of which cooks are there too. Would recommend this place to others.
