The staff is always friendly and attentive. Today, I accidentally took the wrong sandwich, but when I returned to explain the situation to the person who made the food, they happily prepared my original order without any issue. Thank you, St. Laurent Tim's! You will always be the best!
I waited a long time in line to pick up my order for cold brew coffee, but they gave me an expired drink. The service was poor, and when I requested another drink, they didn’t provide one.
The staff appeared to be overwhelmed. It took three attempts and two employees for them to grasp my order. Additionally, I had to remind them about items they had forgotten to include.
The service was slow and lacked the smoothness one would expect.
