They have vegetarian, vegan, and... read more I have been coming to this restaurant mainly after my night classes. It is definitely the best place to have a comforting meal. They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, as well as products made in Canada. There are a variety of dietary restrictions catered to, but there may be healthier options elsewhere. Parking is usually limited to one car for mobile orders. The restaurant is technically kid-friendly, but it mostly caters to post-secondary students. The entrance is wheelchair accessible with a flat entrance door.

My girlfriend and I... read more We absolutely adore this Subway location in Ottawa! The customer service is top-notch and they take great care in preparing delicious subs. My girlfriend and I visited on Tuesday, July 25th around 8:10 and the employee serving us (who I believe was a trainee) was fantastic. She was extremely kind and went out of her way to assist us when the soda machine was not working.

The staff always greet us with a big smile whenever we enter the store. I can't remember the name of the boy working there, but he seems to be working almost every day. He is a lovely worker!

Theres a guy who works the nightshifts here that messes up the sandwiches every single time so much so, this subway is noticeably worse when he's there...Tonigh... read more Theres a guy who works the nightshifts here that messes up the sandwiches every single time so much so, this subway is noticeably worse when he's there...Tonight, he was busy on his phone, so he slapped my sandwiches together so fast without even trying to listen to my actual order. he put the wrong cheese and toppings, and didnt fix it when I asked. He also didnt cut the sandwiches in half, and when I asked him to, he pretended he did so I’d leave faster. When I got home, sandwiches weren’t cut. Honestly, i wouldnt be writing this review if he didnt lie to my face tonight.
