Subway - Ottawa

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff needs to be better trained in how to treat customers. During my visit, I experienced rudeness from the cashier because I requested my food to be warmed up, and she seemed more focused on rushing customers through than providing good customer service.

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. The employee was rude and seemed to just want us to leave, without caring about the quality of the food. The sandwich we ordered was the worst we have ever had, so much so that we ended up throwing it in the garbage. It was like eating plain bread without any toppings. I do not recommend this place.

The customer service was terrible, as one employee at the counter was extremely rude and lacked patience in dealing with customers.

Worst customer service, one of the staff was so rude at the counter and doesn’t know how to handle customers patiently. Better to go to another area. He was aggressive and not safe to go with kids.
