I visited the restaurant at 8:45 pm on Tuesday, December 5th and received excellent service from Erwin.
I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The cashier made a mistake and instead of apologizing, they became defensive and tried to blame me. They then proceeded to raise their voice and get angry in front of other customers. When I threatened to leave a negative review, they arrogantly responded that they were the manager. This lack of respect for their business is disgraceful. I hope the franchise owner reads this and takes action.
This Subway location is the most stingy I have ever encountered. It's hard to blame the staff, as they are simply following orders. Typically, the abundance of vegetables is what sets Subway apart, but that was not the case during my visit.
This subway branch is near my work so I often visit it with my coworkers. On all visits, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. It is always clean and well stocked. This location is slightly more expensive than other ones outside of core, but the food is always satisfactory. There are many different vegetarian friendly toppings to add, salad bowls are also available.
