The subway on March Rd and Terry Fox dr has the most amazing staff. Very attentive, polite and energetic to both grown ups and kids too. Definitely will have this as our branch of choice from now on. Keep up the good work guys! View all feedback.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant today. I tried to pay with Apple Pay, but their machine rejected it, so I had to use another card. After checking my account, I realized that the payment actually went through. When I tried to explain this to the manager, he wouldn't listen and told me to calm down. Subway introduced new smoked meat sandwiches. I love smoked meat, but this was almost poison. Maybe their chefs did not taste it.
Stopped for lunch. Busy but staff was like a well oiled machine and we were eating very fast. Tasty sub, fresh veggies
My experience at the restaurant tonight was far from satisfactory. The waitress serving me was extremely slow and kept forgetting my order due to interruptions from another customer. Even when she tried to input my order into the register, she still couldn't recall what I had requested. Additionally, she failed to apply my discount and charged me for the wrong size of drink. Despite the owner being present, she did not step in to assist me while I waited for at least 5 minutes at the counter. When another customer arrived, the owner promptly served them before finishing my order. This lack of attention and disorganization was unacceptable. They need to improve their service.
The manager and assistant manager at this restaurant were extremely rude. The manager handled a situation with rudeness, and then the assistant manager unnecessarily got involved and made the situation even worse. I have worked in retail my whole life, and it is common courtesy for an assistant manager not to intervene unless asked to do so when the manager is dealing with a customer. A manager should also allow the customer to fully explain their issue before speaking, and never tell them to stop talking. Perhaps both managers could benefit from taking some management and customer service courses to learn how to handle situations properly.
