There was a very long lineup of customers and one of the staff went o... read more I had a very disturbing experience at this restaurant yesterday with the manager Mark Nur. There was a very long lineup of customers and one of the staff went out a few times to try and bring somebody their sub who ordered curbside pickup. He couldn’t find the person initially but after several attempts he did. When he came back he started talking about the woman and her appearance in a very rude and unprofessional way… mocking her and saying “you didn’t even cut my sub in half?” Rolling his eyes… etc. When it was my time to order I told them this was unprofessional and they denied it. I asked to speak to the manager and Mark rudely said “I am the manager” and proceeded to be extremely condescending, rude and at times aggressive. I was extremely uncomfortable to the point where I tried to contact Subway HQ which is impossible as the number no longer works and their online form wasn’t functioning properly either. Additionally, the staff were not clean or hygienic whatsoever. I couldn’t bring myself to eat my meal that was prepared by people who don’t follow basic sanitary procedures like changing gloves between handling money and food or wiping sweat off their face and then grabbing your sub. Avoid this place at all costs… there are much better places to eat in the area where you will be respected and actually be served edible food.
