Shallows tried a new table d' hote menu for Christmas that was disappointing. The turkey meal was a letdown with pre-packaged details. Breakfast service was excellent but had minor hiccups. On a positive note, their pick-up Christmas special for 10 was excellent. The well-prepared meal saved hosts time and impressed guests. The menu and quality compared favorably to other 4-star offerings. The take-away option was a hit, with tasty food and easy preparation. Shallows also offers a great breakfast for those in the area or heading to the airport early. Overall, a hit-or-miss experience with potential for improvement.

Meal was excellent, small portions very nicely arranged on your plate, streak melted in my mouth, good wine menu.
Yes food is awesome , nice place for a drink at the lounge and for an intimate or quiet business meeting you will be very impressed.
Very friendly staff and the food is excellent. Clean and welcoming dinning room. Food service is quick as well.
Terrible. The first time I dined there, it was okay, but with each subsequent visit, the experience has only declined.
