The plate I was given was badly chipped and posed a hazard. The chairs are in poor condition and in need of replacement. Overall, the cafe needs a renovation. Parking is available across from the Apple Store. The mall location makes the cafe wheelchair accessible.

I decided to order a medium cappuccino, but was disappointed when I received a half-full cup topped up with foam. There were no pleasantries such as "thank you" or "have a nice evening." Overall, the coffee and service were both disappointing.
