Stopped in here on a trip to Ottawa recently. Good cup of coffee, but even better service. Very cheery and helpful staff behind the counter. Nice to start your day with someone who is in a good mood. Will return for sure. View all feedback.

The ownership recently changed on this location. The staff, which is mostly new, don't seem to have the same pride of ownership as the previous people. Service is not quite as good as before and they haven't been keeping on top of things like the milk and keeping tables clean. Hopefully, things will get better. View all feedback.

Very accomodating. I wanted at sugarfree chai latte and they modified the London fog to accomodate my needs. Awesome!
The Second Cup at this location has a unique atmosphere compared to its downtown and suburban branches.
