Contribute FeedbackThis popular Ottawa coffee shop offers fantastic coffee and tea, making it a favorite among residents. The staff is welcoming and efficient, with a lovely patio for summer enjoyment. However, the frappucinos and iced coffees are overly sweet, and there is a lack of salt for salads and couscous. The Wi-Fi is available but requires a complicated code. Despite these issues, the atmosphere is clean and commuter-friendly. The prices are a bit high, but the service and ambiance make it a convenient spot for office workers looking to escape the downtown rush.
This is a busy central location but service is good and staff are friendly. Baked goods are fresh. One of the better Second Cup locations.
For coffee and tea I would recommand this place. BUT: don't choose the frappucino or the iced coffees (they are too sweet). If you order a salat or coucous, they cannot provid you salt for you..Plus: The wifi is lcoked and only available with a complicated code which you habe to ask/wait for.
Good fast service, hard working staff! Very busy during peak hours obviously due to the very central location.
It has its own unique coffee taste and its additive. Must try their French vanilla bean latte. Good place to sit and enjoy the downtown.
I stopped here before getting on my bus to go to the airport, both to eat and to kill time and get out of the rain. I got here slightly before lunchtime, so it wasn't crowded then, but it soon would be. There are a bunch of places to sit. The people working there were very charming.Didn't try the coffee, but got lemonade and a sandwich. Both were nice and reasonably priced, considering this is downtown near many government buildings.
