If you 're staying at this hotel and need a place to eat, this is not it. We got in late on New Year 's Eve and most places were closed. I had the eggplant parmesan sandwich, it was very salty, the pile of arugula stuffed inside did not go with it at all and overall it was not very good. It came with the Provo chips which ended up tasting like stale, hard as a rock kettle chips. How someone thought that these chips would go well with an eggplant parmesan sandwich is beyond me. My Coke was watered down and not good. The waitress was nice. It 's very expensive and for the sub-par food you get there are much better places you can go to for a good meal.
We had breakfast at the Delta Hotel in Ottawa during our visit for the Ottawa Marathon. Our waiter, Jose, was outstanding and made our meals truly enjoyable. He was efficient, very friendly, and is a real asset to your team. Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
This restaurant is fantastic! The food was incredible, but the highlight of our experience was the service. Reda was a tremendous help, especially since we were dining with our little 18-month-old. He went out of his way to ensure she had something to eat by bringing us a variety of meals for her. He is an amazing person with a big heart, and Prova should be very proud to have him on their team. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast.
