Pizza Nerds - Ottawa

I have ordered pizza from this restaurant twice. The first time was good, but the second time I accidentally consumed gluten and got sick. They specifically mention that they do not take precautions to prevent cross-contact with gluten, so it was my mistake. It's disappointing because their pizza was delicious and I would have liked to order from them more often. The larger chain pizza restaurants like Pizza Hut and Pizza Pizza do a better job at preventing cross-contact, but their pizza isn't as tasty. I am not extremely sensitive to minor amounts of gluten and usually eat out without any issues, so I believe there was a significant amount of gluten in the pizza I ordered from this restaurant.

This restaurant serves incredible gluten-free pizza. It's the perfect spot for a romantic date night, but it's also great for takeout. I can't stop thinking about how delicious the pizza is. Plus, it's very safe. You absolutely have to try it.

The gourmet pizza at this restaurant is delicious, especially the cauliflower crust! The staff are well-informed about the ingredients of all the toppings, and gluten-free pizzas are prepared in a separate area in the kitchen. There are plenty of unique flavors to choose from, and the cocktail menu is impressive as well.

Gluten-free pizza. Perfect date night spot, but also amazing for takeout. I dream about this pizza it's so good. It's also very safe. It's a MUST.
