My Thai Village Restaurant - Ottawa

The Thai food at this restaurant is excellent, and they also serve a fantastic breakfast on weekends. It's surprising that this place is never crowded, as the prices are fair and the food is delicious. My favorite dish is the Pad Thai, while my dining companion always goes for the curry. This restaurant is ranked second in Kanata, and you can also order from them via Skip...the D.

The trip to Richmond is definitely worth it. The prices are excellent, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. It's surprising that it's never crowded, because it should be.

We decided to check out this restaurant for breakfast and we were not let down. We have been multiple times and have always been happy with the food and service.

We live in Richmond and love Thai food, so we were very excited when they opened My Thai Village. We had often taken away from them and were happy every time. The last time the pad Thai was especially good! Very recommended.

It's been so long since I had Thai food that I honestly could not remember what to expect, when my friend and I came to sample their creations I now know not to leave Thai for so long It was so good! I...had the Lard Na, which is a combination of beef, noodles, eggs and vegetables. It has lightly sweet taste to the seasoning, which was a genuinely pleasant experience. I ordered Thai tea with my dinner, thinking it to be something like green tea: It is a dark cup of liquid, looking like a well steeped orange pekoe tea, but the taste is no where near the same With no milk or sweetener in the drink, it is pleasant, warming to the belly and absolutely no acrid after taste as regular, unsweetened tea often has. The lady who served us was pleasant, had a ready smile and answered any questions we had about the dishes. The price of the meal was absolutely reasonable, as well. My Thai Village is definitely on my return list!
