The waiters and waitresses seemed unfamiliar with t... read more Went for an early dinner Sat night with the family. The service was bad enough to make me write this review. The waiters and waitresses seemed unfamiliar with the concept of waiting tables. Our main dished were brought out before the appetizers. Irritatingly, each time food came to our table, we were asked if we had ordered that particular dish. With the food brought out, i was surprised that the servers did not provide any plates, cutlery or napkins. I guess these are things you need to specifically request. The beef noodle in soup dish had very little beef, although the noodles were tasty. The $13 seafood fried noodle dish was underwhelming in terms of variety and quantity of seafood. When the meal was finished, the staff did not come over. After about 10 mins, i finally walked to the counter to ask for a container for our leftovers and to pay the bill. The girl seemed pretty put-off having to put her phone down to punch in my bill. I found it hilarious that the tip option given on the machine starts at 15.% The floor of the restaurant was greasy and there was a bird flying around inside that didnt seem to concern the staff which might reflect their attitude on hygiene. The novelty of handmade noodles wore off pretty quick.
