When I called to try to rectify the order the manager... read more We ordered two plant based spicy sandwiches and were given two chicken sandwiches with regular mayonnaise. When I called to try to rectify the order the manager would only concede the error if I brought in the sandwiches to prove that they were not plant based. I will no longer bring my business to this store. My son and daughter in law, who are vegetarian, only noticed once they bit into their sandwiches. They were not happy. We all make errors. They only become mistakes when we refuse to correct them.

The staff seems to be overly distracted by their personal... read more On June 23, 2022, I found myself leaving this restaurant again, as I have on several occasions before. The staff seems to be overly distracted by their personal cell phones, neglecting their customers! The manager, who wears glasses, constantly uses her phone and often ignores me while I wait at the front counter. This has happened multiple times, and I’ve decided I will no longer visit this location in Bells Corners. Moreover, the cleanliness of this place is concerning. I have seen employees touching the dirty cash register, fridge handles, and oven handles with their gloves, only to handle food afterward without changing gloves. The staff lacks attention to detail and does not adhere to proper hygiene practices. I strongly recommend dining elsewhere!
