I just ordered 2 times from this location last week over the phone it was all good. Guest service was good too. Today I called them, the guy who calls him self a shift manager said they don’t take orders over the phone. A big joke. Train the managers properly at least.

I was saving this as a treat because I love Kentucky Fried Chicken and what I got was chicken that tasted like it had been sitting around then just reheated . It was way over cooked, that yummy skin was all steamed off, and I picked it up just to get the freshest I could.Never going back to this location either!

They were incredibly small... read more I ordered a 16-piece bucket with 2 sides at this restaurant. The food tasted great, but the issue was the size of the chicken pieces. They were incredibly small, almost as if they were chopped in half. When you order 16 pieces, you're really receiving between 8 and 10 pieces when you put them together. I'm not sure if this is the case at every KFC location, but until they address this issue, I will be dining elsewhere.
