I made the reservation online with opentable and got a confirmation, but when I arrived, the recipeist did not seem to find it. then she asked if I was a guest... read more I made the reservation online with opentable and got a confirmation, but when I arrived, the recipeist did not seem to find it. then she asked if I was a guest in the hotel that seemed unsurpassed. When she finally brought me to my table, I gave her the name of the business partner I met and asked her to show the person to my table when she arrived. When my gassed too late, I rose up and looked into the adjoining room and found her sitting there. my colleague told me that she had also given my name to the receptionist and asked if I was directed at her table. the service was in my opinion not on the standard that should be expected from a good hotel.
