It's the second time I visit this place and I'm always glad. The first time in winter we had a small group and it was nice to be able to sit and chat over some drinks, I liked the signature brown sugar milk tea with oat milk and my friends had fruit teas. What Lauren Zhen doesn't like about Chatime:
The most watered down milk tea I have ever had. I even told them it tasted very watered down, they remade it and just added more sugar. The tea base itself was not strong enough, I’m not sure if it’s cost saving or whatnot. Very disappointing View all feedback.
The bubble tea at this restaurant is incredible, but the prices are high and the drinks are too small. I would prefer to go somewhere else.
We ordered a large drink, but they ran out of cups and gave us a regular instead. However, they still charged us for a large.
There is a wide selection of dishes on the menu, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend trying the hazelnut tea latte.
So good! We always go to the one at Mall of America in Minnesota so we were thrilled to see one here! Always good! Loved the lychee peach tea with pearls.
