Our go-to spot as a couple, Sheraton's restaurant never disappoints. We recently attended a special event buffet that exceeded all expectations. The full assortment of delicious food and affordable wine made for a truly memorable experience. Chef Filliodeau and his team crafted an exciting and mouthwatering menu that catered to every palate. Even my partner, who has severe allergies, was able to enjoy a beautifully presented seafood dish made on the spot. The attention to detail, dietary balance, and world-class presentation of the food sets this place apart. Don't be fooled by the Grill designation - this is haute cuisine at its finest. Highly recommend for any special occasion.

This is a great place to go for a business meeting. I have been a number of times now for lunch over the last few months, and it is quickly becoming a favourite. I choose to sit in "sasha's lounge" which is the less formal seating area next to the more formal restaurant. While the food is great, what I really like is the laid back atmosphere and quite, comfortable seating. It is perfect for a business meeting whether you are just going for coffee - or looking for something more substantial. Conveniently located, I would highly recommend this as a meeting place.

Conveniently located in the Sheraton close to Parliament. Ottawa seems to shut down at night...hence the bar! Wonderful service from both Teri and Ahmed. Great house potato chips. Fun conversation at the bar. Teri made a very special Irish coffee..lol.Next mornings breakfast buffet was very nice with fresh choices hot and cold. Ahmed made certain we were happy with all of the food. Both Teri and Ahmed are assets to the hotel.

We went for the breakfast buffet. Standard offerings, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Great coffee and juice.

This restaurant is a gem, especially for weekend brunch. As a local permanent makeup artist with a studio downtown this is my favourite place to grab a full slow-food breakfast before my first client arrives. The table settings are luxury class with white linens and proper settings. The variety and quality of food is excellent. I imagine that travellers staying in the hotel would have an excellent experience. Having tried other hotel restaurants in the downtown core I can say that the Carleton
