I have been a patron of this establishment for nearly 5 years and was shocked by the aggressive and disrespectful response from the owner's son regarding a miss... read more I have been a patron of this establishment for nearly 5 years and was shocked by the aggressive and disrespectful response from the owner's son regarding a missing order. When I returned the order due to missing items, the owner's son yelled at me over the phone and refused to refund my order unless I physically went to the pizza store -even in the middle of the night- stating that he did not want his driver to waste gas on a lost deal just to reimburse me. He even mentioned that he was making six figures and did not need customers like me because I sent back the order. Ultimately, they did not refund my money, which is unacceptable. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company as I found this exchange to be incredibly humiliating. I used to love this place and supported them for both small and large events. It is saddening to see how the owner's son has destroyed years of trust and goodwill.

I tried calling multiple times to check on my food, but no one answered. The order never arrived. They were quick to take my money online, but terrible at fulfilling the order.

Free an... read more I'm moving cities soon and came here to say that this is the best greasy pizza in Ottawa hands down. The wings are great too, and always lovely service. Free and timely delivery. I'm a foodie, been in Ottawa for 8 years, and have ordered from here more than anywhere by far. Colonel doesn't hold a candle to Bronson. I will miss them SO much. I hope they take over the world tbh.

Bronson Pizza has been a staple in Ottawa that has not changed since back in 1986 when I was ordering the same pizzas that I'm still getting now in 2023. The dough, the sauce, the toppings, the mix of cheese that they use, and the effort and love that they put into creating their pizzas and all of their food has not changed since back when I was a teenager and ordering pizzas late at night after partying and going out on the town. Now, I have the luck of living just two blocks away from the place so I can just walk in and order what I want and they always go out of their way to make me what I want, how I want it, and it is always fantastic. I also have the ability to go in and have a great conversation with everyone who is there, all the employees and the drivers and we always have a good laugh and joke around and have a good time and they're always in a great mood and we have lots of fun talking about everything under the sun. Bronson Pizza is one of Ottawa's best pizza places, that has served Ottawa consistently for over 30 years with a great product and has not changed and is still the same and has the same great tasting Pizza as I remember from when I was 16 years old. There are not many pizza places in Ottawa that have survived the test of time and that can say that they serve the same Quality Pizza with great fresh ingredients and awesome sauce and excellent pizza dough such as Bronson Pizza.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza, saladsKid-friendliness: Many menu items for kidsParking: Street parking on Bronson and Christie Street. There is also a parking lot behind the building but that's just for a quick stop.
