Our group was happy to see a Bridgehead Sparks street location after a lovely October walk in Ottawa. We ordered a variety of coffees and baked goods and were happy to have several gluten free options... Protein bites and zucchini chocolate bread. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Would recommend. View all feedback.
What Mariela Eichmann dislikes about Bridgehead:
I cant say much good about the coffee shop.My wife had a coffee and croissant. The croissant was served cold, it was greasy and tasteless. My muffin was average at best.I had to carry this to our table without a tray which I spilled both coffees all over me.Not a good way to start the day. This Bridgehead location in the downtown Financial District of Ottawa is one of my favorites. It is situated next to Sparks Street and sees a lot of foot traffic. Bridgehead is a fantastic local coffee chain with approximately 19 locations, and this one stands out as one of the best. The spacious interior features large floor-to-ceiling windows and a helpful and cheerful staff. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some people-watching after exploring Parliament Hill or attending an event nearby. I highly recommend trying their regular latte - it is rich, flavorful, and just the right pick-me-up.
The food is tasty! The coffee is great and the prices are fair. The only downside was the unfriendly server, who could have been more polite. However, overall it was an okay experience. I would suggest trying the coffee, but the atmosphere was not as impressive.
Hands down the best oatmeal milk mocha I’ve ever had! Not overly sweet. Great espresso.

Great place for a quick coffee or a special bar drink......... or just look by and watch the dog window. this window is cut off from mask tape and offers the dogs a real opportunity to observe all excitement of their owners, consume the delicious coffee....You are available without extra cost and we have actually recorded a picture with the barista and the dog window. do not miss this wonderful opportunity in beechwood.
Our family group was looking for a coffee break after a long walk. When we entered Bridgehead, we knew we were in the right place. The coffee is fair trade and delicious and there are gluten free and regular baked goods to enjoy. Such a...great place for a midday stop.
I was in many caffes all over the world and this here is in my tip they choose the best ingredients (seal packs and muffins) and their cappuccinos are clean and tasty. I would get bridgehead over dieucks or timmys in a heartbeat.
I agree, bridgedhead is a cozy place, but for every size regular coffee fir are justified. Although this has happened this day and age, become popular and begin overloading.
