Popularitea - Ottawa

Popularitea is in a prime location and the service is excellent and down-to-Earth. Normally I stick to Mango Fruit Tea, but explored Bubble Coffee at their recommendation. It was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend trying Popularitea if you haven't before or try different items on their menu if you're already a regular like my Wife and I.

We came in when they've just opened this morning. Haven't tried the drinks yet, but already 5 stars for the owner. As a local business owner, I understand and appreciate his kindness and great customer service. Way to go!!!

Great service every time, amazing and unique drinks, and a super cute interior! Love this spot it is definitely my #1 boba spot in town! (the crème brûlée topping is the best!!!

Was a big fan of this place, until I got kicked out today for having a meat pie from the place next door. I used to come here weekly, order a bubble tea, and eat my pie from the bakery next door. No one ever said anything. The place is usually empty and there’s no one sitting at the tables as I usually go after the student lunch rush. Today, as I was sitting with my friend, after we grabbed our drinks, the employee told us we couldn’t eat our lunch. Super disappointed. We just left and had to eat in the car. But they’ve definitely lost a few customers who used to come at least once a week, if not a few times. I would understand if they actually had lunch food options, but they don’t so what are you competing with?

Just showed up and the sign says open but doors are locked???? It’s 1:45pm! We waited outside the door for 5 mins and nothing. Sign says open and that hours are 11am-10pm… hellooooo?
