Absolutely disgusting food. I shouldn’t be surprised since we were only in the drive thru for 45 seconds… mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock and half frozen. My daughter’s cheeseburger was cold and gross. All our fries were so old, should have been in the garbage. Like how do you cook all that food in less than a minute?! Gross, nobody go there!! Twice now we have ordered food from drive thru and ended up not getting the full order. Can't call to get it corrected because when you call it says no one is available to answer and then hangs up. Totally disappointed in service there. Management needs to step up their game!!!
Some mornings no one answers the drive thru, or if they do, they tell you it will be 15 minutes before they are ready. This has happened at least 6 times. They seem very understaffed. It's sad because BK used to always be busy.

Five stars because of Becca of drive thru. The way she solves this Burger King branch’s problems so it wouldn’t cause unsatisfaction for customers deserves her a raise. She must be having back pains because I feel like she carries this company on her back. Thank you for your great service, Becca!
