There is special attention to the quality of food, which you rarely find elsewhere, especially in busy touristic places like Otranto. You will find fresh food (try fried shrimp and calamari and you will find out), modern Italian dishes, a wonderful view and special attention to detail. Ah, we also enjoyed the local wine here especially the verdeca (an indigenous white wine grape). Highly recommended.
