What vincent doesn't like about The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf:
Ordered a cold brew, and waited about 20 mins. I was seeing people that were in line after me get their drinks. Went up to the barista and asked about my drink, and she said they were getting to it; they're backed up... I waited 10 more minutes and people that came in way after me were getting their drinks. I come here often, only in the mornings. Very friendly staff asides from the one girl who clearly hates her job and has a poor attitude. Is grumpy every time I go there. She should just quit if she cannot show basic decency. Everyone has their days but to project that energy onto others every time you come into work and so early in the day, either quit or get retrained. She needs to treat all customers nicely and equ...
