3 employees in the back… 1 definitely not doing anything. 2 seemed to be getting more ice cream or cleaning dishes. But super long line and only 1 person taking orders, prepping orders and doing cashier. Help her out. Also the counters were super messy. Money left out. Crumbs everywhere. Could be better.

Both staff were in a bad mood we kept getting skipped in line because its just a scrum. No clear line.
