Nice neighborhood wine shop/bar with occasional pop up food vendors. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Visited before to pick-up bottles of wine. came last week for a Korean food pop-up. The rudest staff I’ve ever met before. We went to celebrate/support their 2nd anniversary, an exciting milestone for a local business, and were met with such disrespect. When we asked for chairs to sit, the attitude and huffing and puffing was completely unnecessary. You’re charging a $15 corkage fee for bottles bought AT your shop but not going to try and help find 2 seats for us when you had at least 10 chairs behi... View all feedback.

Buvons is the place to go to either beginning of the night or at the end over an amazing selection of Natural Wines and good vibes, an open outdoor space and a cozy interior to choose from. Id highly recommend checking this spot out!

Our visit to Buvons Natural Wine in Long Beach was overshadowed by a disappointing service encounter. Despite our eagerness to explore their wine selection, we were left unattended for over 20 minutes. No staff member approached us or offered any guidance through their wines.The lack of assistance was frustrating, especially in a setting where understanding and choosing from a variety of wines is crucial. While we managed to find a bottle we enjoyed on our own, the overall experience was marred by the poor service.For a small business, the service standard should ideally be more attentive and welcoming. It's unfortunate that the service fell short, as it impacted our impression of the establishment. Improved customer engagement and assistance could significantly enhance the overall experience for patrons seeking guidance and expertise in selecting wines.
