We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Ruby Tuesday in Oswego! Our lunch today, in between hockey games, included a large group of players and their families, all of whom were covered in snow. Despite the restaurant opening at 11 a.m., the staff was understanding and attentive as we waited for our food. I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for the past four weeks. Unfortunately, on three occasions, my steaks were overcooked and the burgers were extremely greasy. It is such a shame to see my favorite place in the city decline in quality. I am very disappointed. View all feedback.
The restaurant was okay, nothing exceptional, so it receives an average rating. I recommend trying the Five Cheese Cheesesteak. It was loaded with cheese, but the bun was disappointing.
If you are looking for hot food served quickly, do not come to this restaurant. I waited 30 minutes for my drinks and over an hour for my appetizer, the sampler.
