Ordered delivery and they delivered to wrong address ..when questioned ..no apology was offended..just an excuse for a new driver...ordered a loaf of bread and asked to have it sliced....loaf of bread just thrown in a delivery bag no plastic around it and not sliced...wasted $30 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
Growing up I always used to go to Vona’s and enjoyed it. I was just back in town the other night for the first time in about 7 years so I drove up from Cicero to go to Vona’s on 6/22 and had a great experience. Their cheesy garlic bread was just as I remembered it, the chicken parm actually tasted better than I remember and the staff was friendly. There was a mix up with the drink I ordered but they took care of it and corrected it. Vona’s is a must to go to if you are anywhere in the Syracuse area!
