What Tom H doesn't like about La Marimba Mexican:
Atmosphere was enticing. Warm night, open wall letting the breeze through. Ordered tacos which were delayed and came out luke warm. Should have sent them back but don’t do this as I don’t wish to infuriate cooks . Staffing was slim. Not overly busy, but not one check back with me after the food was brought. I had to approach the server just to close out the bill. Expected more, received less. View all feedback.

My husband and I just tried La Marimba for the first time tonight and it was excellent. The Margaritas were SO good, had to give two a try to make sure! ? DELISH! The food was fantastic, we got the steak burrito, steak/chorizo tacos and a quesadilla for an app. Everything tasted so incredibly fresh and with tons of flavor. Chips and salsa, LOVE their salsa, including the HOTtest one, you gotta give it a try. Guacamole was the freshest tasting guac! Our server was awesome, very attentive friendly! We will be back!
We were very pleasantly surprised by this place! The food was excellent, with unexpectedly large portions. The complementary chips and salsa were great, too! We went early on a weeknight, so it wasn't very crowded and service was fast. We recommend the fajitas.
