Domino's Pizza - Oswego

We ordered from this location at 10pm and Mr. Rufino was immediately on the case. A true professional got to our establishment in such a timely matter. Record breaking and the pizza looked perfect. Like they just said, “Make a perfect pizza.” They even put a little empty box under the pizza box so the pizza didn’t come into contact with the cold concrete and kept the pizza so warm and comfortable. Shout out Rufino 10/10 would want you to deliver my pizza again.

Food was delicious. Ordered it on my way home from work and it was ready a couple minutes before I expected. Highly recommend.

Pizza was decent. Cheese could have been distributed better around he pizza so we didn't have so many slices that were bad. Pickup service was good at the counter the guy was nice and courteous for a Saturday night. I would recommend just maybe inform them about the Cheese. Locally we purchased three pizzas so we had enough even though we didn't eat a few slices. Also make sure you use the app for deals.

I mean the pictures say it all… would you still box this up and send it off? They said i would have to come in and get a replacement next time i ordered and would not be able to give me my money back. I complained to corporate but they said its locally owned.

I have never had a problem with customer service at this location. It's always been speedy and consistent.The food is another story. It's.. ok food. Eh. You could make better pizza at home if I'm honest and the wings are fatty and probably the worst quality of meat you could get. The desserts are good but the spinach bread is my favorite thing ever ?
