The window girl was very nice but unfortunately I didn’t get what I thought I ordered. I walked back up to the outside window and the girl was very rude because I didn’t know the difference of the concrete and the jackhammer when originally ordering. My kids always look forward to our visits to Andy’s. The customer service is excellent, and the treats are absolutely delicious!
The girl at the window was very friendly, but unfortunately, I didn't receive what I thought I had ordered. When I returned to the outside window, the girl was quite rude because I didn't understand the difference between the concrete and the jackhammer when I initially ordered. Overall, her attitude contributed to my negative experience and influenced my review. To make matters worse, the remade jackhammer doesn't include the brownies that I paid extra for.
Andy’s is our favorite ice cream shop! We absolutely love their waffle cones! The only downside is that I wish their pup cups were a bit bigger. This location does get quite busy in the evenings and on hot days, though.
I had the pecan ice cream, it was OK but not worth the 12 bucks for a large. Your way better off going to deri delight down the street for better ice cream, service and value. Trust me.
Always messing up orders !!! Somebody needs to take control
