While passing through Ostuni we decide to stop for a quick meal in this restaurant with a small terrace on the street. After looking at the menu on display we sit down. Reception 0 and first 15min wait to be taken into consideration Having already decided on what to order, the waiter informs us that there are not the 2 courses listed on the menu on the street (you should inform me before and not after leaving the menu) We opt for a cold appetizer (Capocollo of Martina Franca and burrata) followed by a cut of beef. 25min cosmic nothingness...people arriving later already served....we point it out you 'll arrive immediately I was about to get up after another 15min and the COLD dish appears (the capocollo is good, the burrattina is certainly not dry of the day). Shortly after, the sliced rocket and parmesan arrives at the modest price of €25 with the quality of the meat being among the worst I 've ever eaten in my life... to top it all off, a paper bag with 3 slices of bread, a bag with cutlery and a tablecloth of paper for a cover charge of only €3.50 I 'm sorry to say it but as a worker in the sector, and I hope mine was one of the few cases, I invite you to review for a moment the poor service, the freshness and quality of the products you offer because we APULIANS know the typical products and their excellent quality well we are not CANCEL TOURISTS
