Imagine that you are walking around with your family, you want to have dinner or at least something to drink, and the waiter arrogantly tells you that now they only serve their guests and that we have to wait until 20:00. It wasn 't even 19 yet... And try to explain it to the children. We visit sometimes, but that was the last time. We don 't want to be their guests anymore!
A very limited selection of food, if you don't want steak or sirloin, there isn't much left.
Very nice environment and hotel facilities. However, I have to evaluate very negatively the fact that in order to get to the children's playground, swimming pool, bowling or any other activity offered by the hotel... you have to climb the stairs. This is a big problem for families with strollers or individuals who have some restrictions. Also, entrances to the restaurant are only by stairs. In order to get to our room, there are stairs again in the corridor and stairs in the room in two places. Barrier-free access is only to the hotel reception. In this case, it was a big purgatory with the stroller. Otherwise, as part of the half-board, when the food is in the form of a buffet, everything was fine, everyone gets what they want. The hotel also offers animation programs for children and there is also a nicely equipped children's corner (again you have to climb the stairs)...
