Only I don't need sooo much pepper in my meat. Waiting time for burger was little bit long. Price are really low. But the biggest experience for me. It was customer service. When I called to make a reservation. The lady told me, it was not possible to make a reservation for that day because. They have already 10 reservation for that day. Still, We wanted to try the place, so we arrived anyway without a reservation. Lady sad to as same thing, but that she try to serve as. Because of long cooking we was in the bar about 1,5 hour. For this time dindt came any other customer. We was in the bar alone with the serving lady. I know why

We ordered our burgers and a... read more We were attracted to this place on our trip to Ostrava because of the favourable reviews, but please avoid this place at all costs. We ordered our burgers and about an hour and half later we received our plates with fries that had been fried multiple times and burgers cooked way past being burgers. Luckily after such a long wait, we were past enjoying our food anyway. Apparently the solitary waitress was also the cook that day, but don't worry she wasn't stressed, she was chilling outside browsing the internet on her phone.
